  Went in today for "annual imaging"...what a great experience! This was my first time going here. Bella, at the front desk was so very nice and super efficient. Patty did my exam and she was amazing! This woman is the best. She was gentle, fast, caring, and her technical level was supreme. I didn't feel rushed at all, but I was in and out in 25 minutes. The facility was clean, professional, and had a sense of warmth. See you next year!

  Professional straight forward facility, have a hard time believing the negative previous reviews, I saw nothing but a well run imaging setup. I just had an ultrasound, booked it the day before, showed up 15 min. early, Providence already has all my information on file so they took me back right when I arrived. The entire appointment took about 30 min. no delays or problems at all.

  Once again they rate low. Why do I put myself through such unprofessionalism. I drove from Vancouver and traffic was awful so I was a little late (10min) and they turn me away. Then I tell them ok my bad let's reschedule and tell the girl it has to be before the certain date and she gives 3 dates after the date I give her. This is my third dealings with these people and still the customer service level is low . Yeah I was late I except that but seriously uuugghh !!!!
